In this post, we will explain which stakeholders are identified for the research and which content model we will use including the different aspects per step in the model.
The stakeholders, in this case, are defined as:
- Employees of Coolblue;
- Management of Coolblue;
- Customers of Coolblue;
- Suppliers of Coolblue;
- Investors of Coolblue, and
- The environment.

The product which is relevant to meet the goal are augmented reality glasses.
The process will be described in terms of activities, resources and methods needed to reach the set goal.
- Activities: the current process.
- Resources: the future state.
- Methods: the implementation of the AR glasses.
The control part will be analyzed and described with the help of the total cost of ownership, quality and delivery.
- TCO: investments for the implementation, savings after the implementation.
- Quality: qualitative requirements of the glasses.
- Delivery: delivery reliability of the process and delivery times of the AR glasses.
The organizational part of the research will be described using a RACI-matrix and the behaviour/culture needed in the company.
- RACI-matrix: responsible, accountable, consult and inform.
- Behaviour/culture: the culture of Coolblue.
And finally, the information aspect of the PCOI model will be described in terms of product, process, control and communicational information.
